Default Cordax 1808-M DCC MEA

Just wanted to see if anyone would be interested on buying this CMM:
Cordax 1808-M DCC MEAA
Upgrade back on 2007:
SMP-350 Control system package
PD-DMIS CAD software 4.2V
Dell Optiplex Desktop 745 Pentium 4 computer
Dell 19" LCD Monitor
PH10M Probe
PH10 Probe Head Controller
Note: Z-axis is always going out and need to be fixed (still using the lamp reader) which seems to be going out every three to six month.
Again, we are trying to see if we can get decent offer and we will decide to sell based on the offered price. You must get this out of our facility In Los Angeles, CA and mover/shipping company must be bonded. Make an offer do not ask me how much I want to sell it for ..... Thank you.

Since you upgraded it to the SMP then you could quite easily retrofit that to the Renishaw scales since that controller was designed to use those scales and actually required a special interface to make the old reader heads work.

You say the probe is not included but what about the probehead controller?

I agree with the Scale retrofit but the company I work for had enough of the manufacturer's gouging for repairs and retrofit cost. They instead decided to replace it with a Romer. Regarding the Probe Head Controller and the Probe, I revised the posting (please see original post). Thanks

Hello ..... Since I/we did not get any offer for the whole machine,
my bosses are now considering parting out this machine.
Please make an offer on any parts you need and I will forward it for approval to my superior. Thank you.
